Two Years!

We are back from our two year anniversary trip, and we had a great time. We left Sacramento Friday morning and arrived at Eureka around 3:30. We stayed with my cousin Nate and his girlfriend Shelly; she has a mini horse! We went hiking with them a couple times; Fern Canyon was awesome and we saw lots of elk.
We left Eureka on Sunday morning and arrived at the Inn At School House Creek in Mendocino in just a few hours. Mendocino is a beautiful, ocean side Victorian town filled with shops, Inns and great places to eat. Unfortunately, we had to come home on Tuesday, but it was good to see Steve again; we missed him a lot.

Oh my gosh I am a total flake, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! I knew it was your anniversary and I kept thinking "don't forget." Then I forgot. And you even called me and I didn't remember. I am such a bad sister. I like the last photo of you guys, very cute.

And now it's time for "Common Errors in English" for Sarah. Today, the letter "M"

“Methodology”

A fondness for big words isn’t always accompanied by the knowledge of their proper use. Methodology is about the methods of doing something; it is not the methods themselves. It is both pretentious and erroneous to write “The architect is trying to determine a methodology for reinforcing the foundation now that the hotel on top of it has begun to sink.”
